The Stock Exchange has received a message from Dragon Hill Holdings
Limited which is reproduced as follows:-

"This statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong 
Limited ("Stock Exchange").

Dragon Hill Holdings Limited ("Company") has noted today's increases in 
the price and trading volume of the shares of the Company ("Shares") and 
wishes to state that it is not aware of any reasons for such increases.

The Company confirms that save and except for the matters disclosed in the 
Company's announcement on 6 March 2007 in relation to the proposed 
investment in a joint venture, proposed sale of Shares by the controlling 
shareholder of the Company and proposed grant of option by the Company, 
there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions 
or realisations which are discloseable under Rule 13.23 of the Rules 
Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange ("Listing 
Rules"), neither is the board of directors of the Company ("Board") aware 
of any matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by Rule 
13.09 of the Listing Rules, which is or may be of a price-sensitive 
nature.
