MAGNUM INT'L<00305> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the name of 
Magnum International Holdings Limited has been changed to 
"Dragon Hill Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name 
of its ordinary shares (stock code: 305) will also be changed 
to "DRAGON HILL" with effect from Monday, 12/02/2007.
