MAGNUM INT'L<00305> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Magnum International Holdings Limited, trading in its 
shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (5/2/2007) 
pending the release of an announcement regarding, among others, the 
proposed investment in a joint venture, the proposed issue of new shares 
and the proposed grant of options.
