MAGNUM INT'L<00305> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Magnum International Holdings Limited ("MAGNUM INT'L")
will cease after the close of business on Friday, 05/01/2007. As from the 
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated 
shares (stock code: 2988) of MAGNUM INT'L as represented by old share 
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of MAGNUM INT'L 
will only be under the following arrangements: -
