MAGNUM INT'L<00305> - Odd Lot Arrangement

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Magnum International 
Holdings Limited which is reproduced as follows:-

" Arrangement on odd lot trading 

In order to facilitate the trading of odd lots (if any) of the 
Consolidated Shares, the Company will appoint Dragon Hill Financial 
Services Limited (formerly known as Magnum International Securities 
Limited) to provide matching service, on a best effort basis, to those 
Shareholders who wish to acquire odd lots of Consolidated Shares to 
make up a full board lot, or to dispose of their holding of odd lots of 
Consolidated Shares, from Tuesday, 12 December 2006 up to and including 
Friday, 5 January 2007. Shareholders who wish to take advantage of this 
facility should contact Mr. To Wai Hung Tony of Dragon Hill Financial 
Services Limited  at Unit 505, 5/F., China Insurance Group Building, 141 
Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong(Tel: (852) 2918 8952) during the 
aforesaid period. Shareholders should note that the matching of the sale 
and purchase of odd lots of Consolidated Shares is not guaranteed.
