MAGNUM INT'L<00305> - Share Consolidation

Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Magnum 
International Holdings Limited ("MAGNUM INT'L") have approved the 
consolidation of shares on the basis of 4 then existing ordinary shares 
("Old Shares") of MAGNUM INT'L into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares").  
Effective from today (28/11/2006), a temporary counter under stock code 
2988 and stock short name "MAGNUM INT'L" will be established for trading 
in board lots of 500 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (
stock code: 305) for trading in board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
