MAGNUM INT'L<00305> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Magnum International Holdings Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(31/10/2006) pending the release of an announcement relating to a possible 
top-up placing of the shares of the Company which is considered to be 
price sensitive.
