MAGNUM INT'L<00305> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Magnum International Holdings Limited, trading in its 
shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (22/3/2006) 
pending the release of an announcement in relation to possible mandatory 
unconditional cash offers, very substantial disposal and issue of 
convertible preference shares.
