MAGNUM INT'L<00305> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Magnum International Holdings Limited, trading in 
its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(27/6/2005) pending the release of price sensitive information in relation 
to the voting results of the special general meeting held on 24 June 2005.
