Remarks:

1.      Comparative amounts

Due to the adoption of revised SSAP 12 during the current year, the 
accounting treatment and presentation of certain items and balances in the 
financial statements have been revised to comply with the new 
requirements. Accordingly, certain prior year adjustments have been made 
and certain comparative amounts have been restated to conform with the 
current year's presentation.

2.      Loss per share

Diluted loss per share amounts for the years ended 31st December 2003 and 
2002 have not been disclosed, as no anti-dilutive events existed during 
the years.
